En esta primera entrega, en esporteando.es hemos hecho una recopilación de alguno de los estadios de fútbol españoles que atraviesan procesos de reforma, integral o parcial, y que tienen prevista su finalización en el año 2020. A continuación, se presentan sus principales características, aforos y coste estimado. Son solo algunos de los que estarán de estreno en el curso de la próxima temporada. ¿Cuál os gusta más?

¿Cuáles son los nuevos estadios que se estrenarán en España en 2020?

El Sadar – C.A. Osasuna

El equipo navarro estrenará “Muro Rojo” en 2020, una actualización del histórico estadio “El Sadar”. De este modo, se aumentará el aforo hasta las 23.000 personas aproximadamente. Actualmente, se encuentra en fase de reforma. Si bien el club pensaba inaugurarlo en octubre de 2020, coincidiendo con su aniversario centenario, la crisis generada por el COVID-19 hace impredecible su finalización. No obstante, las obras avanzan a buen ritmo al no jugarse partidos de local. Una de las novedades del Muro rojo será el rail-seat, al más puro estilo Signal Iduna Park de Dortmund. Así, los aficionados de graderío sur disfrutarán de asientos no convencionales, que permiten vivir el partido de pie sin molestias, al tiempo que se respetan las medidas de seguridad. 

El proyecto inicial tenía un coste de 16 millones de €, aunque parece que finalmente la cantidad será mayor. Se han realizado algunas mínimas modificaciones sobre el proyecto original. Como muestra la imagen de la vista exterior, la cubierta será única para todo el estadio, incluyendo la zona de Preferencia. Por su parte, el interior contará con la totalidad de asientos de color rojo, y no combinados con azules como inicialmente se preveía.

Balaídos – RC Celta de Vigo

Actualmente está en ejecución una reforma integral del coliseo vigués, que pretende albergar 31.000 espectadores. El estadio, de titularidad municipal, sufre retraso en los plazos de ejecución. Además, recientemente se han conocido rifirrafes entre miembros de la dirección del proyecto y del propio club celtiña en relación a asuntos de la grada “Marcador”. Uno de los objetivos es el acercamiento de la grada al terreno de juego, algo que gusta a la afición. Sea como fuere, se presenta un diseño vanguardista. El coste estimado asciende a 30 millones de €.

Sánchez Pizjuán Sevilla FC

Otro de los clubes con reforma a medias es el Sevilla FC. Desde la finalización de la pasada campaña, el Pizjuán se encuentra en obras y el ritmo de ejecución no se verá mermado a causa de la ausencia de partidos. El club prepara el “Nuevo Pizjuán”, un estadio destinado a albergar a 60.600 espectadores gracias a la construcción de un tercer anillo, con la idea de que esté listo para albergar la final de Europa League de 2021. El principal escollo, los 100 millones de € en los que se estima el coste de construcción del tercer anillo y la nueva cubierta. Quizás sea más barato construir un estadio nuevo.

Ciudad de Valencia- Levante UD

A día de hoy, el proyecto de renovación del estadio Ciudad de Valencia se encuentra en obras, con incertidumbre respecto a su fecha de finalización. El campo de juego del club de Orriols tiene previsto incrementar su aforo en 1.550 espectadores (actualmente, tiene 26.000) y convertirse en un estadio 5 estrellas. El coste previsto es de 23 millones de euros. Ambicioso proyecto el del equipo granota.
